SHIPPING
Do you ship overseas? We ship to almost all countries. If you are not sure, please contact us at motofitparts@163.com. We may be able to solve some problems for you!
What are the shipping fee and delivery timeline? The shipping fee varies from $30 to $40. It depends on where you are located. Shipping to US generally takes 6-10 working days, and other countries generally take 10-20 working days. If you need the order urgently, you can pay for FedEx which usually takes 5 - 8 working days. And the cost is $50. Delivery details will be provided in your shipping email.
How long will the order be shipped? The shipping and processing times depend on the items you ordered. The status of each item is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.

ORDER
How do I find my order number? We will send you an order confirmation email when you place your order successfully. All the info will be in the email. So please be sure the email address you left is correct.
How can I track my order? We will send you a shipping email with the tracking no when we ship your order out. If you cannot track it, please reach out to us at motofitparts@163.com with your order number and the details, our customer service team will help you.
Can I cancel my order? Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request. Usually the order can be canceled before shipping except for the made to order items.
Can I change my address/size or specifications? Feel free to reach out to us within 3 hours of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change. Once the order is shipped, we can't change.
Do you accept customization? Yes, we can do some easy custom of the parts. Please email us at motofitparts@163.com.
Can you make a larger or customized size for the parts? Our standard stainless steel parts cannot be customized to a larger size or different specifications. If you can accept a higher price, you can contact us to custom craft it using premium CNC aluminum or specialized alloy. Our email is motofitparts@163.com.
What forms of payment do you accept? We only support Paypal payment for now.
RETURN
What's your return and exchange policy? If you are not 100% satisfied with your motorcycle parts, you are welcome to contact us within 60 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please email us at motofitparts@163.com and we will guide you through the process. Please note that any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
How much is the return shipping fee? The returning shipping fee depends on your local courier.
When will I receive my refund? Our warehouse will process your order within 4 days after receiving the return. When you ship it out please tell us the tracking no. Please do not use the tracking unavailable service. Usually we will proceed the refund for you on Friday because our financial department usually refunds uniformly on Friday.
