MotoFit Parts Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from the shipping time shown below.

Shipping methods and fees
The following rates currently apply to the United States and other destinations supported at checkout:

Standard shipping: $30.00 USD. Estimated shipping time: 10–20 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping: $50.00 USD. Estimated shipping time: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

No free-shipping threshold currently applies. The available shipping methods, final shipping charge, and estimated delivery time are displayed at checkout before payment. If the checkout does not offer delivery to an address, we cannot ship to that destination.

Tracking
When an order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delays and customs
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, and local holidays may affect delivery. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

Address accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact motofitparts@163.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. An address cannot usually be changed after dispatch. If a parcel is returned because the address is incorrect, incomplete, unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable, any original shipping charge and return or re-delivery cost may be deducted from the refund.
